We are based in Hallam, Victoria, with factory-trained engineers and technicians who install, service and support every system we sell — not a call centre, not an overseas agent.
As the sole ANZ agency for IPG Photonics and Precitec, we sit close to the source of the technology we sell, which means faster answers, genuine parts on the ground in Australia, and a service capability that covers a wide range of machines — not just the brands we sell.
